BIOTECHWORKS-H2 has been selected as a “Deep Tech Pioneer” by Hello Tomorrow, one of the world’s largest deep tech communities, for the second consecutive year following its selection in 2025.

“Deep Tech Pioneer” is an international recognition awarded by Hello Tomorrow to particularly promising startups in the deep tech field, whose technologies are based on scientific discoveries and innovation and have the potential to create significant social impact.

In 2026, BIOTECHWORKS-H2 was selected from among 4,800 applications from 108 countries around the world.

This selection recognizes BIOTECHWORKS-H2’s integrated scheme covering the entire process from waste treatment to hydrogen and renewable energy conversion, as well as its digital traceability platform, “REBORN.”

BIOTECHWORKS-H2 is currently advancing projects not only in Japan, but also in countries around the world, including Indonesia, Nigeria, and Australia.
