100vw, 900px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Under this collaboration, the two companies will begin planning and feasibility studies (F\/S) for a <strong>1,000-ton-scale plant in Kedah State, Malaysia.<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> The project aims to establish a <strong>new industrial model in Malaysia<\/strong> that converts waste into renewable energy, contributing to both sustainability and circular economy goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HUALANG ENERGY SDN BHD<\/strong> is a leading renewable energy developer engaged in government-linked projects, specializing in <strong>solar and biomass power generation<\/strong> and promoting <strong>green hydrogen initiatives<\/strong> across Malaysia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This agreement represents a <strong>flexible partnership<\/strong> that prioritizes <strong>\u201ctaking action first\u201d<\/strong> rather than being constrained by traditional frameworks such as equity investment or joint ventures.<br>By combining <strong>BIOTECHWORKS-H2\u2019s proprietary technology<\/strong> with <strong>HUALANG ENERGY\u2019s local network and operational expertise<\/strong>, the partners aim to expand the <strong>Waste-to-Hydrogen initiative<\/strong> throughout Malaysia and eventually into <strong>the broader Southeast Asian
